Due to the company's exquisite manufacturing technology, its products are of excellent quality and in high demand, exceeding supply. To meet the production needs, the company carried out its first relocation in February 2011. It moved to a 3,000-square-metre former flour mill in the city, which was converted into a production workshop for manufacturing various magnetic suction cups and grinding machines required by the market.

In May, the company funded the purchase of land and constructed a new factory, completing its second relocation. The new factory features a neat and tidy environment, with significantly enhanced production conditions. This relocation was necessitated by urban planning adjustments that led to the demolition of the company's original factory.

The company completed its third relocation and moved to the current site. The grinding machine workshop here is over 9,000 square metres, and the combined area of offices, staff canteen and dormitory is 1,000 square metres. Against all odds, the company staff united and quickly completed the relocation, resuming normal production.

June, our shares were listed on the Qilu Equity Exchange with the code 300211, significantly enhancing the company's popularity and influence.

In April, the registered capitals of Luci Technology and LinMo reached 50 million yuan and 45 million yuan respectively. The company's business scope achieved a transformation and upgrade, shifting from the original traditional production and sales of machine tools and machine tool accessories to specialized, refined, distinctive and new high-end intelligent equipment.

We relocated for the fourth time to the current second-phase factory and office building. The production area is bright and spacious, the office environment is modern, comfortable and superior. The product variety has grown, quality keeps improving, and management is more standardized.

We teamed up with Shandong University for industry-academia-research synergy. Adhering to “complementary advantages and win-win cooperation”, they focused on composite grinding and high-performance magnetic suction cup design, and set up a collaborative innovation center to tackle key tech challenges. That year, the company was recognized as a “National High-tech Enterprise”.

We successfully designed and developed electric permanent magnet chucks for circular, V-type, and high-speed rail brake pads, along with double tilting permanent magnet suction cups with leveling functions. It was awarded the title of “Shandong Provincial Industrial Design Center”.

We developed the M7440 surface grinder, invented the U-type demagnetizer and electric permanent magnet suction cups for injection mold quick film change, winning the title of “Shandong Province Manufacturing Industry Individual Champion”. It has made solid strides in product market segmentation, innovation and independent brand cultivation.

We developed adjustable gyratory permanent magnetic suction cups and an MGS semiconductor optics grinding machine that can replace Japanese Okamoto's. It achieved a Level-3 safety rating in Liaocheng, identified key talent areas in Shandong, passed the provincial industrial design review and was rated as a national high-tech enterprise.

The company successfully developed the MGS semiconductor optical automatic high-precision vertical shaft grinder milling machine. The company was recognized as one of the top ten star enterprises in the private economy of Linqing City. The company is committed to implementing the state’s new development concept, integrating design and manufacturing of high-end equipment, and actively pursuing high-quality development.
